美國PV recycling公司與瑞士ENCROS公司就在北美與歐洲發展光伏廢棄物收集和及回收系統簽署協議。
    根據該協議，ENCROS將開發、測試和操作回收技術，而PV Recyclng則將處理行政，后勤和法律法規等事宜。
    歐洲的老齡化設施及大量已達報廢年限的電池板、美國的生產廢料等都將被回收利用，實現可持續發展。這種服務無論是在環境，社會還是經濟方面都是可行的。

    Sebastian Kernbaum， ENCROS的合作伙伴，同意贊同此次合作行為，表示這兩個公司運作是相輔相成的。

     EU : Encros and PV Recycling, signed an agreement, for international photovoltaic waste collection
PV recycling, llc of Tempe, AZ (USA) and ENCROS a swiss Company, signed an agremeent to develop collection and recycling systems in North America and Europe.
     Under the agreement, ENCROS will develop, test, and operate recycling technologies, while Pv Recyclng will handle administration, logistics, and compliance regulations.
     Europe’s aging facilities, and large number of panels that reach their end of life, in the U.S., and scraps from the manufacturing, will be treated in a sustainable manner.
     Providing such a service can be environmentally, socially, and financially viable.

     "It enables us to better meet the needs of our multinational customers, gain access to overseas markets, and also contribute to environmentally sustainable economic development in the U.S.".
