印度的國家太陽能計劃指導方針出臺
2010年7月27日，印度總理Farooq Abdullah 和能源部部長Sushil Kumar Shinde 發(fā)布了印度的國家太陽能計劃指導方針。
NTPC  Vidyut  Vypapar  Nigam（NVVN）將有義務回購私人太陽能系統(tǒng)開發(fā)者制造的電力。2010年到2011年的印度光伏上網(wǎng)電價為17.91Rs，光熱上網(wǎng)電價為15.31Rs。
Guidelines for National solar mission released
27.07.2010: Minister Farooq Abdullah and power minister Sushil Kumar Shinde released the guidelines for the national solar mission in India today. NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN) is responisble for purchasing solar power from private developers. The price for 2010 to 2011 will be Rs 17.91 per unit for PV and for solar thermal will be Rs 15.31 per unit. …
